FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before getting in touch — from turnaround times
to file formats and pricing.
What's the typical turnaround time for a standard edit?
Standard edits (up to 10 minutes of finished video) are delivered in 3–5 business days.
Rush orders are available at 48 hours for an additional fee. Complex projects like
documentaries or full commercials typically take 7–14 days. We always confirm your exact
timeline before starting work.
How do I send my footage and project brief?
Once your project is confirmed, we send you a secure upload link to a shared workspace
(Google Drive or Dropbox). You can also use WeTransfer or any platform you prefer.
We accept all major camera and codec formats including ProRes, H.264/HEVC, and LOG footage.
How many revisions are included in each project?
Every project includes 2 rounds of revisions at no extra cost. Feedback is collected
through a dedicated review portal with frame-accurate commenting. Additional revision
rounds can be added at a fixed per-round fee.
Do you offer monthly retainer packages for ongoing work?
Yes. We offer flexible monthly retainers for creators and brands with consistent output
needs — typically 8, 16, or 30+ videos per month. Retainer clients receive priority
scheduling, a dedicated editor, and a discounted per-video rate.
Who owns the project files and raw footage after delivery?
You do — always. All project files, source edits, and raw footage remain entirely yours.
We delete our working copies after delivery unless you request archival storage. An NDA
is available on request and is standard for all enterprise clients.
Can you source licensed music and stock footage?
Absolutely. We have access to commercial-use music libraries including Epidemic Sound
and Artlist, plus premium stock footage. If you have an existing subscription we'll use
your account — or we can license tracks on your behalf at no markup.
How do you ensure brand consistency across multiple videos?
We build a Brand Style Guide for every client covering color palettes, fonts, motion presets,
music direction, and pacing rules. Every editor assigned to your project reviews this guide
before any cut is delivered.
What platforms and formats do you deliver for?
We deliver for all major platforms — YouTube (16:9), Instagram Reels and TikTok (9:16),
Instagram Feed (1:1 and 4:5), LinkedIn, and Facebook. We also deliver optimised multi-format
packages so one project can go live across every platform simultaneously.
